Mxmonitor is broke

I have been using the same file folder for a long time. I have Winmx
and then moni in a subfolder. I have managed to keep the same backup
folder for years. This is not the first time Moni has quit working.
It somehow seems to fix itself and work again.

Moni will start Winmx. The people I have in the autostart field will
always start, but people that should autostart because be are in each
other's Q do not. If I close moni and restart it, the people that are
in my Q that match will start, but people that enter the Q after moni
is started don't autostart.

Suggestions?

Once in a while Winmx just needs to be reinstalled, with a fresh install
moni usually picks up where and when it should so I have been told
several times. You can try saving a few of the config files to restore
it to your current setting. Thems the breaks with the program.
